WORK INSPECTION IN TILING WORK

WORK INSPECTION  - TILING WORKS                                                                      

Tiling work


Window sills

 1  No crack in window sill is visible.
2 Window sills are fixed in Level.
3 Sufficient projection is kept for pop punning.
4 Water Proofing from out side
5 Any other Observation

Main Flooring & skirting

 1 Marble flooring is fixed in level with very fine joints (hair line ).
2 No offset/level difference is seen in marble flooring.
3 Joints of flooring are properly finished.
4 No crack in marble flooring is seen.
5 Only one group of marble is fixed in one flat.
6 Skirting is fixed in line of POP punning.
7 Cement water is provided before fixing of skirting to avoid capillary action.
 8  Skirting joints and flooring joints are in one line.

Toilet Flooring

 1 Flooring is fixed with 1/2" slope.
2 1/2" Offset is provided from main flooring.
3 1/2" Offset is provided between dry and wet area.
4 1" Slope is provided towards nanhitrap in flooring.
5 No crack is visible in toilet flooring.
6 No Hollowness is found in flooring.

Toilet Dado

1 No Hollowness is found in Dado.
2 Joints are filled properly with matching cement.
3 Joints between tiles are clean.
4 Edges of offset are chamfered.
5 Cutting of hole for CP fitting are neat & proper.

Kitchen Plat form &  Dado

1 Platform Top is laid with 1/4" slope towards sink.
2 Granite Patti around sink is properly finished.
3 Fixed granite top is not bend.
4 Facia patti is fixed with adhesive.
5 Joints of granite are filled properly with matching colour.

Marble/ Granite Door's &window's frame
1 Marble/Granite patti fixed are in Plumb/Level.
2 Marble/Granite patti fixed are in right angle.
3 Joints of both patti are properly  overlapped and joints are filed properly.  4 Rebate kept for shutter is as per shutter thickness.
