WORK INSPECTION  - ALUMINIUM WINDOW FIXING                                

Aluminum Windows

 1 Tracks for aluminum windows are as per specification.
2 Anodizing of all section is not below 50 micron.
3 Counter sunk screw is fixed at 1' 6"   center to center for fixing of Aluminum frame. ( 1st        screw at 9" from end ).
4 Gaps between marble & aluminum windows are sealed with proper sealant & no     gap is seen.
5 Hardware fitting are fixed properly and at proper location.
6 Joining of Aluminum track and shutter are chamfered properly ( Photo frame ).
7 Wool pile is provided in shutters.
8 Holes for water drainage in aluminum gutter section are made.
9 PVC/rubber gaskets are fixed between aluminum shutters and glass.
10 Tracks are cleaned from foreign material
