WORK INSPECTION - PAINTING                                                                                                        

Painting work

Internal Painting

1 All edges and corners in rooms and around windows are sharp and are in right                         Angle.
2 Beams / windows projection are equal and are in level.
3 Visible cracks are properly filled.
4 No undulation is seen in ceiling and walls.
5 Painting material is of approved quality and of approved make.
  6 No shade difference or brush lining is visible after final coat of painting.
 7  No Paint mark on other fittings
8 Area is cleaned properly after painting.

External Painting

  1 Approved Quality of painting material is used.
2 Curing is done at least for 3 days after 1st coat of painting.( Cement  Paint )
3 Repairing if required should be done before final coat of painting.
4 Window jams are properly cleaned before removing scaffolding.
5 No shade difference  visible after final coat of painting.
6 External painting area is shown to Project Engineer before Removal of scaffolding.
