WORK INSPECTION - WATER PROOFING WORK                                        

Water proofing of Toilet & kitchenmori 

 1 Base coat is finished with overlap on beam tops near door.
2 Brick bat is laid with proper slope .
3 Ponding is done for sufficient period.
4 Joint free water proof Plaster with proper slope including 3' 0" ht dado is finished                     properly.
5 Top surface is roughen to receive toilet flooring
6 Ponding for sufficient time is done again.

Waterproofing of Terrace

  1 Terrace is cleaned properly before water proofing.
2 Brick bat is laid in slope towards rain water pipe.
3 Water ponding for sufficient period is done
4 Smooth curve is provided at the corner of terrace and parapet wall.
5 Kani(Plastering edge) on parapet wall is made in line & Level.
6 Top surface of waterproofing is smoothen ( ghotai ) with false square mark.
