WORK INSPECTION  - PLUMBING WORK                                                      

1 Pipes , valves  & fittings used in down take terrace looping and services are of                 approved size/quality.
2 Pipe joint are fixed properly with gasket/solvent cement/fittings.
3 Location of nanhi and w.c.outlet are as per plan.
4 Location of shower point/wash basin point/diverter/single lever/ Taps and flush valve            position are as per drawing.
5 Position of fitting, such as elbow/tee etc are as per tiling requirement.
6 Slope in drainage is as per plan.
7 Cover for drainage is as per specification.
8 Looping at terrace is as per drawing.
9 Down takes from terrace to 1st floor/ Gr. Floor is as per drawing.
10 Pumps for domestic water, fire fighting are of proper size.
11 Booster pump is fixed and connected to wet riser.
12 Pressure gauge is fixed at top in wet riser.
13 Ghabdas made in external wall are filled properly.
14 Concealed frame in toilet is concealed by plastering in level with brickwork. This plaster          is roughen & cured for at least 3 days.
15 All laid pipes are checked for leakage by pressure testing.
